Contact: talentacquisition@sbshr.com / 7397725556 We're Hiring: Principal Data Scientist Location: Bangalore - Only candidates from Bangalore (Hybrid &ndash; 3 Days/Week) Employment Type: Contract - 6months Minimum Compensation: Up to ₹45 LPAKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with C-level executives and business leaders to drive AI strategy and innovation.</li><li>Lead end-to-end Machine Learning projects from model development to deployment.</li><li>Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.</li><li>Mentor data science teams and promote technical excellence.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>11+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI-driven solutions.</li><li>Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker and MLOps.</li><li>Experience leading large-scale AI programs and delivering business-focused solutions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>Master's or PhD is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Production Model Optimization.</li><li>3+ years of IT Consulting or Management Consulting experience.</li><li>Strong thought leadership through publications, patents, research papers, or conference presentations.</li></ul>Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,300,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
