Job Title: Packing Operator / PackerJob Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Operator to prepare, pack, and label products for shipment. The role ensures that all items are packed सुरक्षितly, accurately, and in compliance with company quality standards and dispatch requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished goods according to specified packing standards and procedures
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
- Label packages correctly with product details, batch numbers, and shipping information
- Ensure proper handling and safe packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain packing records and documentation as required
- Operate basic packing equipment such as sealing machines, weighing scales, and labeling machines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area (5S standards)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School / ITI (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or production (freshers can be considered for entry-level roles)
- Basic understanding of packing methods and materials

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
