We're looking for a creative, execution-focused, and growth-minded Brand Content & Social Media Manager to lead content and social media across our brands:
- Stylelink – India's Beauty & Salon Hiring Platform
- Lokaci Pro CRM – Salon CRM & Growth Platform
- The Salon Company – Premium Salon Brand
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute content strategies and campaigns
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profiles
- Create and coordinate reels, carousels, graphics, founder content, testimonials, and educational content
- Build and engage online communities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and brand growth
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Excellent English communication
- Experience with Canva and short-form content creation
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience managing founder personal brands
- Video shooting/editing skills
- Familiarity with AI content tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
