A Housekeeping Room Attendant keeps guest rooms and public areas clean, safe, and comfortable for all guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning Rooms: Make beds, change bed linens, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Sanitizing Bathrooms: Clean toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and replace used bath towels.
- Restocking Supplies: Refill toiletries, toilet paper, drinking glasses, and minibar items.
- Reporting Issues: Note any broken items, room damage, or maintenance needs and report them to the supervisor.
- Guest Service: Greet guests politely and handle simple requests for extra pillows or towels.
Qualifications
- Ihm students or diloma and releated candidate
