Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Production Merchandiser to manage production coordination, vendor follow-ups, and order execution from development to dispatch. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of hand embroidery techniques and experience coordinating with artisans, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules with vendors and artisans.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
- Follow up on raw materials, trims, and production status.
- Work closely with design, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Manage inventory coordination and production records.
- Prepare invoices, dispatch documents, and reports.
- Resolve production and order-related issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in production merchandising, fashion, accessories, or apparel.
- Knowledge of hand embroidery techniques is mandatory.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and production units.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
