Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions for a manufacturing setup. The role requires strong expertise in HR business partnering, labour law compliance, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning & development, and administration. The candidate will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, compliance excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in HR / MLS / Diploma in HRM (mandatory)
- SHRM membership preferred
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong exposure to factory HR operations and statutory compliance

- Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies aligned with business goals

2. HR Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare annual manpower plans and HR budgets in coordination with business heads
- Track HR costs against Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, staffing costs, and contract labour utilization
- Generate MIS reports and HR dashboards

3. Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment planning and hiring strategy
- Ensure quality hiring and cultural fit within agreed timelines

4. Factory Compliance & Labour Relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, and statutory requirements
- Maintain statutory records and liaise with government authorities

5. Contract Labour Management
- Ensure compliance under the Contract Labour Act
- Maintain adequate contract workforce availability

6. Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs
- Implement annual training calendar

Pay: ₹479,037.90 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
