We are looking for a Product Content Consultant who can understand business contexts, user needs, and role-specific challenges, and translate them into engaging simulations, assessments, and interactive experiences.
This role combines research, content creation, problem-solving, and execution. The ideal candidate enjoys exploring different industries and roles, understanding what drives success in those roles, and creating practical experiences that help people build real-world capabilities.
You will work closely with clients, subject matter experts, and product teams to create content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business outcomes.

Ideal Background
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, content design, assessments, edtech, psychology, research, talent development, or related fields
- Experience creating content, assessments, simulations, training programs, or user experiences
- Familiarity with behavioural skills, competency models, or talent development is a plus
- MBA, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Engineering, or related disciplines are welcome
