We are looking for an experienced Administration & Premises professional to oversee end-to-end office administration and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and facility operations
- Handle vendor management, AMC contracts & procurement
- Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, security & transport
- Manage travel, guest house, cafeteria & employee services
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits & workplace safety
- Monitor budgets, cost optimization & service quality
- Coordinate office infrastructure projects and renovations
Preferred Background:
✅ Experience in Administration, Facilities, Premises or Corporate Services
✅ Strong vendor, contract and budget management skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
