Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, print production requirements, and visual communication. The role involves creating designs for both print and digital platforms while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wedding invitations, greeting cards, brochures, flyers, banners, stickers, labels, packaging materials, and other print products.
- Create social media creatives, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing content.
- Develop branding materials including visiting cards, logos, product labels, and packaging designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, color profiles, and production specifications.
- Understand client requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Make revisions and modifications based on customer and team feedback.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of printing and finishing processes.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and brand standards across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and performance).
