- Purchase Planning (Routine / Short term / Long term) .
- Procurement of materials at a suitable rate for continuous supply at optimum inventory.
- All types of follow up activities relating to purchase.
- Monitoring delivery of materials.
- Negotiating and finalizing orders for right prices, best goods, and credit terms.
- Vendor Development & Inventory Control.
- Actions to meet Budget plans.
- Responsible for supplier’s payment.
- Budgeting of materials consumption and requirements.
- Contacting suppliers and receiving quotations for various orders.
- Making comparative chart statements and getting the approval from the manager.
- Making purchase orders.
- Contacting various departments and supplying materials required by them based on purchase indents.
- Going outside for local purchase of materials.
- Maintaining Files and Registers regarding the purchases made.
- Prepare a monthly statement of pending indents.
- Make cash purchases if necessary.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
