CRM System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM software, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve targeting.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns using CRM tools, tracking effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders, using data to drive decision-making.
- Training & Support: Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support for CRM-related issues.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
