The Foundation is setting up 30 hospitals across 6 states. The first hospital is under construction at Ranchi and will expand to a medical college. Join the team that is setting up and commissioning these hospitals.
In this role you will be responsible for designing and standardizing clinical care systems. You will put in place processes to ensure that patients receive safe, ethical, and evidence-based care, and clinical systems work smoothly with nursing, operations, IT, and infrastructure. This is a clinical system design role, not a hospital management role.
Responsibilities:
· Clinical System Design
· Design clinical services like medicine, surgery, ICU, emergency, and specialties
· Define how care should be delivered in OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and emergency
· Create standard treatment pathways and clinical protocols
· Design clinical models for different hospital sizes (100-200, 500-750, 100-1500)
· Clinical Standards & Governance
· Set standards for safe and ethical patient care
· Design a system to ensure evidence-based medical practices
· Create clinical SOPs and treatment guidelines
· Define escalation and safety rules for patient care
· Quality & Patient Safety
· Define clinical quality indicators and patient outcomes
· Design infection control and patient safety systems
· Design the system for clinical audits and quality improvement
· Help in accreditation readiness (e.g., NABH, JCI)
· Hospital Design Inputs
· Give clinical inputs for hospital layout and planning
· Define requirements for ICU, OT, wards, emergency, and specialty areas
· Guide equipment planning based on clinical needs
· Ensure hospital design supports safe patient care
· Work with IT team for EMR and clinical documentation design
· Teaching Hospital Support (if needed)
· Help design clinical structure for medical education (UG/PG)
· Support teaching hospital requirements
· Align clinical work with academic needs
Requirements:
1. MBBS with Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Healthcare) is desirable
2. 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5–8 years in hospital administration
3. Experience in managing large hospitals (500+ beds preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹721,208.60 - ₹2,227,362.23 per year
