Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate service requests, and support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling service appointments.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to collect feedback.
Operations Management
- Assign service requests to technicians.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track job status and maintain accurate service records.
- Monitor pending, ongoing, and completed service requests.
- Escalate operational issues to management when required.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain customer and technician databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Support onboarding of new technicians and service partners.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or administration.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and online tools.
