Position: SAP EWM Trainer
Location: Mumbai (Offline Training)
Mode: Classroom Training
Availability: Weekdays / Weekends
Experience Required: 10–12 Years in SAP EWM
Compensation: ₹15,000 per student (Batch-wise basis)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP EWM Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on implementation experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and the ability to train students and working professionals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led SAP EWM training sessions in offline classroom mode.
- Provide practical and real-time business process understanding of SAP EWM.
- Conduct hands-on exercises, case studies, and project-based learning.
- Guide students in configuration, testing, and implementation concepts.
- Assist students with assignments, assessments, and interview preparation.
- Share industry best practices and real-world project experiences.
- Ensure timely completion of course curriculum and learning objectives.
- Support placement-oriented training and career guidance.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, RF Framework, Wave Management, Slotting, and Warehouse Monitoring.
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- SAP EWM Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.
- Experience in training students, professionals, or corporate participants.
- Strong industry exposure with implementation and support projects.
- Excellent classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
