The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization by managing facilities, office administration, vendors, records, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Manage facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and administrative records.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and operational logistics.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise support staff and monitor their performance.
- Liaise with external agencies and service providers.
- Provide administrative support to Management, HR, and Finance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of administrative experience.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
