Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Driver Trainer to train and mentor corporate drivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing driving skills, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high service standards among drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for corporate drivers on safe driving practices, road safety rules, and company policies
- Provide both theoretical and practical driving training
- Assess driver performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure drivers follow traffic regulations and safety standards at all times
- Train drivers on customer service, professional behavior, and communication
- Maintain training records and reports
- Identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans
- Conduct refresher training sessions periodically
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Driver Trainer / Driving Instructor
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and manage drivers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in driving instruction or safety training
- Experience in corporate or fleet driver training
