Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Driver Onboarding
## Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit the field, meet commercial drivers, and onboard them onto our platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with extensive field travel, and have a passion for achieving sales targets.
Candidates with prior experience in credit card sales, financial product sales, banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech, or any direct field sales role will be given preference.
## Key Responsibilities
* Visit designated locations to identify and meet commercial drivers.
* Explain the benefits of joining our platform and onboard drivers.
* Generate leads through field visits and local market activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and fleet owners.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
* Assist drivers with registration, documentation, and KYC processes.
* Educate drivers about the company's EV charging and battery swapping services.
* Conduct promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded drivers, and daily field activities.
* Share market feedback and competitor insights with the management team.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or customer acquisition.
* Experience in credit card sales, personal loans, insurance, banking, NBFC, fintech, telecom, or any target-based field sales role is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to convince and convert potential customers.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
* Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and Google Maps.
## Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Candidates with a strong sales mindset and relevant field experience are encouraged to apply.
