Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solar O&M Manager to oversee the Operations & Maintenance activities of solar power plants and ensure optimum plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall Operations & Maintenance of solar power plants.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant performance, generation, and equipment health.
- Lead and supervise the O&M team and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth plant operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar O&M.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, HT/LT electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and SCADA monitoring.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
