We are looking for an experienced and responsible Order Operations Manager to manage the complete order lifecycle. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales, billing, warehouse, packing, dispatch, courier partners, and customers while solving day-to-day operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all online and offline orders from receipt to delivery. Manage billing, packing, dispatch, and courier coordination. Resolve order-related issues, delays, shortages, and customer complaints. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability. Monitor pending orders and ensure timely dispatch. Supervise the dispatch team and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and customer support departments. Track courier shipments and ensure timely delivery. Prepare daily operational reports for management. Lead the operations team and maintain discipline and accountability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
