Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and business records.
Coordinate internal and process audits and ensure SOP compliance.
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain meeting documentation.
Follow up on invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Handle tender-related documentation and tracking.
Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with HODs, Directors, and Top Management for reporting and updates.
Maintain audit records, action trackers, and compliance reports.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of management reports.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Understanding of SOPs, audits, and documentation.
Ability to prepare professional reports and MOMs.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
