Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC + AATP AMS Consultant to provide application support, maintenance, and enhancement services for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes with a strong focus on Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP). The consultant will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, service requests, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements while ensuring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP S/4HANA AATP.
- Resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Configure and support OTC processes including Customer Master, Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Pricing.
- Support SAP AATP functionalities, including Product Availability Check (PAC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Supply Protection (SUP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC).
- Analyze business requirements and implement configuration changes and system enhancements.
- Support integrations with SAP MM, PP, EWM, TM, FI, and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, integration, and business teams to resolve complex production issues.
- Participate in change management, transport management, testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), and production deployments.
- Monitor application performance and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and application support best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong functional experience in SAP SD/Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP).
- Knowledge of AATP features including Product Availability Check (PAC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC), and Supply Protection (SUP).
- Experience in AMS/Production Support (L2/L3).
- Strong understanding of pricing, shipping, billing, returns, output management, and credit management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations involving MM, PP, EWM, TM, and FI.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and AMS support.
- SAP S/4HANA Sales or SAP SD certification (preferred).
- Exposure to ABAP debugging and interface monitoring.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
