We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates with a strong background in real estate or property sales and excellent negotiation skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful business opportunities.• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and the marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.• Follow up with leads and ensure timely customer engagement.• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate projects.• Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking and handover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• 6–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
