We are currently working on live residential projects and are looking for a creative and practical Freelance Interior Designer to collaborate on modern home interior projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance interior designer with a modern design approach and practical understanding of residential interiors. The role involves assisting in planning, conceptualizing, and developing modern interior solutions for residential renovation projects while coordinating with execution requirements.
This is currently an early-stage collaborative/project-based opportunity focused on practical residential interior execution and live renovation exposure. Compensation structure may evolve into project-based consultation/payment depending on performance and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern residential interior concepts and layouts
- Assist in space planning and furniture layouts
- Create moodboards, design references, and material suggestions
- Plan modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, and storage concepts
- Suggest lighting layouts and false ceiling ideas
- Coordinate design ideas based on site practicality and execution feasibility
- Assist in selecting textures, color palettes, laminates, and finishes
- Prepare basic design presentations and concept visuals
- Collaborate during ongoing renovation and execution work
- Visit project sites when required for measurements and discussions

Preferred Qualifications
