About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience in EdTech or agency environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing, branding, and course-related creative needs, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design creatives for social media, digital ads, course banners, brochures, and email campaigns Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals Create motion graphics/video content for promotional and course material where required Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to EdTech and digital marketing Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and brand alignment (if applicable) Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in EdTech or an agency setup Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Figma/Canva is a plus Working knowledge of After Effects or basic motion graphics is an added advantage Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and campaign creative work Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Attributes Prior experience designing for online education/course platforms Exposure to handling multiple brands/clients in an agency setup A keen eye for detail and consistency in visual storytelling Interested candidates can share their updated resume and portfolio to [email/contact]
