Job Summary
Little Feet Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, Instagram enquiries, and CRM management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesWalk-in Customer Handling
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and explain photoshoot packages, themes, and services.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and maintain a positive customer experience.
Phone Call Management
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about packages, offers, and availability.
- Follow up with prospective customers to increase conversions.
WhatsApp Enquiry Management
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp.
- Share package details, pricing, themes, and booking information.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain conversation records.
Instagram Enquiry Management
- Respond to Instagram DMs and comments professionally.
- Engage with potential customers and convert social media enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain quick response times and positive customer interactions.
CRM Management
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all enquiries are properly recorded and followed up.
- Generate daily and weekly enquiry and conversion reports.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and customer handling.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and conversion goals.
