Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer / Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong Civil Engineering background with experience in design, estimation, billing, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, elevations, quantity estimations, and cost calculations for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Develop design concepts and visual presentations using SketchUp.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and quantity calculations.
- Handle billing, cost estimation, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate design and estimation requirements.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in material quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Maintain records of estimates, drawings, and project-related documents.
- Support project execution teams with technical and estimation-related requirements.
