Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Full-time to serve as the strategic face of Studio Atelier. This role focuses heavily on securing new business through high-level client pitching, building lasting corporate relations, and overseeing the seamless execution of client deliverables across our Ed-Tech platform, workshops, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Pitching & Business Development: Formulate, refine, and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to secure new partnerships with top-tier corporate clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers at premium global organizations.
- End-to-End Deliverables Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all client deliverables for workshops, product launches, and Ed-Tech programs are executed flawlessly and aligned with client expectations.
- Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and generate incoming client inquiries.
- Feedback & Retention: Manage client onboarding, post-project reviews, and feedback loops to ensure maximum client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Performance Insights: Track and analyze sales conversion rates, client feedback data, and marketing campaign ROI to provide strategic updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally working with enterprise-level clients or creative agencies.
- Expertise in Pitching: Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership and creating professional, persuasive pitch decks and proposals.
- Client-First Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to understand client needs and solve problems effectively.
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex client timelines and tracking final deliverables.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern sales pipelines, B2B marketing tactics, and corporate training ecosystems.
- Technical & Tool Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM software to manage the client pipeline.
