Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from clients.
- Conduct solution design workshops and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Perform functional configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and user training.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and test scripts.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Support data migration using HDL and validate migrated data.
- Configure and validate Fast Formulas as per business requirements.
- Create and analyze HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher Reports.
- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
