Minimum 3 years experience mandatory
- Design garments for a manufacturer of women’s ethnic wear (Lehenga, Jumpsuit, Sharara, Gharara, Drape Saree, etc.)
- Create designs aligned with current market trends, especially leading designer labels
- Develop cost-effective designs by planning fabrics, embroidery and construction within defined budgets
- Replicate designer pieces with high accuracy
- Handle end-to-end sample development independently
- Manage and supervise the sampling team
- Source fabrics, trims and embroidery materials from the market
- Maintain swatches, design files and basic documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
