We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of our academic operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, monitor ongoing processes, coordinate with internal teams, and address operational challenges to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of online batches, ensure timely execution of classes, assignments, and academic deliverables.
- Handle LMS activities including course uploads, content structuring, test scheduling, result publishing, and regular module updates to maintain academic continuity.
- Monitor daily operational performance and proactively address student and faculty concerns to ensure minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.
- Maintain detailed performance reports, feedback logs, attendance sheets, and batch progress trackers for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with faculty, technical teams, and academic departments to ensure smooth execution of live sessions, recording management, and assessment cycles.
- Improve operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing new practices for higher efficiency and student satisfaction.
- Support higher management in planning, scaling, and executing academic operations, along with contributing to strategic process development as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, internal teams, and stakeholders while ensuring clarity, timely updates, and seamless workflow.
- Excellent command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools, capable of managing data efficiently, preparing performance trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality of output in a fast-moving environment.
- Possesses a student-centric and solution-oriented approach, focused on addressing queries, resolving concerns, improving student experience, and ensuring operational smoothness.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
