Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and service photocopiers, printers, and other electronic office equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and technical issues.
- Attend customer calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit daily reports.
- Provide product training and technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
