Hiring: Pharmacy In-Charge
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our hospital pharmacy, ensuring safe and efficient medication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations (IP & OP)
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines
- Maintain inventory and stock control
- Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
- Supervise pharmacy team
- Handle procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with legal and hospital policies
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Assist in audits and inspections
Qualification:
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Mandatory)
- Registered Pharmacist
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in hospital pharmacy
- Supervisory experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong medication knowledge
- Team management
- Inventory handling
- Good communication
- Basic computer knowledge
