Job Overview: Innovation Associate is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing innovation programs and ecosystem building events, while fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally, this role is exposed and supports business development efforts by developing proposals.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and execute community building and Brinc positioning events in the ecosystem

Working closely with corporate partners to understand their innovation objectives, conduct the relevant research and recommend the best models for engagement

Create and deliver presentations and proposals

Reach out to and secure relevant mentors and participants

Support with end-to-end planning, organization, execution and evaluation of innovation projects and ecosystem events across programs as needed

Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement

Maintain program calendar, tracking and databases

Facilitate, organize and moderate training sessions with mentors and startups

Carry out any other related duties that may be assigned to meet evolving business requirements
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, including writing, reading and fluent speaking in English and Arabic

Excellent organizational skills and responsibility.

Ability to achieve goals through self-motivation with minimal supervision.

Have an aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.

Flexible and adaptable handle various tasks

3-4 years experience in planning, developing and executing events
-
Proficient Google Suite, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot, and other strong IT and AI skills

Have a University-level education
