Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also supports employer branding and maintains recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background verification where applicable.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and follow up on candidate acceptance.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months –2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring or corporate recruitment is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (Workindia, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ATS is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
