We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students or professionals in spoken English while also creating high-quality content for training materials, blogs, and other communication needs.
Responsibilities:
Spoken English Training:
- Conduct engaging and interactive English-speaking sessions for students or professionals.
- Design and deliver training modules to improve vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
- Assess learners' proficiency levels and provide personalized feedback.
- Develop role-plays, group discussions, and real-life scenarios to enhance conversational skills.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions as needed.
Content Writing:
- Create well-researched, engaging, and grammatically sound content for training materials, blogs, and website articles.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Prepare social media content for posting on different social media platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English trainer and/or content writer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
