Job Title: Prompt Engineer (AI / LLM Specialist)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer to design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and similar AI systems. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build intelligent AI-driven solutions and improve model performance across various applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI models to generate accurate and high-quality outputs
- Develop prompt strategies for use cases such as chatbots, content generation, and automation
- Analyze and evaluate AI responses to improve consistency and performance
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI solutions
- Maintain prompt libraries, workflows, and documentation
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI and prompt engineering techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially Large Language Models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of APIs or programming (e.g., Python) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in NLP, AI, or prompt engineering projects
- Portfolio showcasing prompt design or AI-based work
- Experience with experimentation, testing, or data analysis
