Management Faculty Responsibilities
- Teach management-related subjects as per the institutional curriculum, timetable, and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, question papers, and assessment rubrics.
- Deliver practical, interactive, and student-centred sessions using case studies, group discussions, business simulations, presentations, and industry examples.
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluate student performance, maintain marks records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in academic performance, employability skills, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and career readiness.
- Support placement preparation through aptitude sessions, interview training, group discussions, résumé guidance, and mock interviews where required.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and departmental reports on time.
- Participate actively in academic planning, faculty meetings, examinations, seminars, workshops, industrial visits, student clubs, and institutional events.
- Support curriculum development, accreditation documentation, quality initiatives, and academic audits when assigned.
- Build positive relationships with students while maintaining discipline, professional boundaries, and institutional values.
- Keep updated with current business trends, management practices, technology tools, and developments in higher education.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of daily academic and administrative activities.
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, travel schedules, and priority tasks.
- Coordinate meetings with faculty, students, parents, management representatives, visitors, and external agencies.
- Draft and prepare official letters, circulars, notices, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and email communications.
- Maintain confidential files, correspondence, student-related matters, staff records, meeting documents, and institutional reports with complete discretion.
- Follow up with departments and individuals on instructions issued by the Principal and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate institutional events such as academic reviews, parent meetings, faculty meetings, admission activities, seminars, celebrations, inspections, and official visits.
- Prepare activity reports, action-taken reports, departmental updates, and data summaries for the Principal’s review.
- Act as a communication link between the Principal’s Office and faculty members, administrative teams, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines for examinations, academic submissions, reports, accreditations, admissions, events, and statutory documentation.
- Receive visitors to the Principal’s Office professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Support the Principal in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the institution.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
