International Export / Merchandising ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Manage international export orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices, packing lists, and other export documentation.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Follow up on sample approvals, bulk production, quality checks, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely international shipments and customs documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and resolve queries or issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to support product and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular order and shipment status updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export merchandising, international sales, or textile/apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, production processes, and export documentation.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
