What does a day-to-day look like in this role? Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on: Verbal & non-verbal communication Business & professional communication Public speaking, presentations, and group discussions Interpersonal communication & workplace etiquette Train students across diverse proficiency levels (beginner to advanced). Use activity-based, experiential learning methods (role plays, simulations, debates). Student Mentoring & Feedback Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, and presentation skills. Coach students for interviews, GDs, presentations, and campus placements. Support students in overcoming stage fear and communication anxiety. Assessment & Progress Tracking Conduct regular assessments in the class to assess the learning progress. Track student progress and share structured feedback with academic teams. Maintain basic training records and progress on learning outcomes.
