Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of all outlets and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, electrical systems, plumbing, and civil works.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC services.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and asset inventories.
Monitor generator, air conditioning, lighting, water supply, and fire safety systems.
Ensure all outlets comply with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and operational issues.
Track maintenance expenses and obtain quotations for repair work.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
Support new outlet setup, renovation, and infrastructure projects as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
