Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
