Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs.
- Guide students and parents regarding suitable courses, programs, and academic pathways.
- Conduct telephonic and online counseling sessions.
- Address queries related to curriculum, faculty, fee structure, and batch schedules.
- Follow up with leads and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth batch onboarding.
- Achieve planned counseling and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, student advising, or a related role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Active listening skills with an empathetic, student-first approach.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
