About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in the travel industry( Indian Market ). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling domestic and International travel packages, understanding customer requirements, preparing customized itineraries, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and destination knowledge are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Promote and sell domestic and International holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel preferences and create customized travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations, package proposals, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel vendors.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, airline offers, and industry trends.
- Ensure a smooth booking experience and provide excellent customer support before and after travel.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in travel sales.
- 2 Years of Experience in selling domestic travel packages.
- Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to prepare customized travel packages and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems/CRMs is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
