Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Client Acquisition for the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new direct clients, MSP/VMS accounts, and growing business opportunities across the US market. The role requires strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, contract staffing sales, and revenue generation within the US Staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients for IT/Non-IT staffing requirements in the US market.
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Work on MSP/VMS client acquisition and maintain existing accounts.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, MSA/SOW agreements, and payment terms with clients.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for new requirements and account growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing opportunities in the US market.
- Update CRM systems with accurate sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7 -1 0 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in US Staffing.
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and generating staffing business.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS models and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Existing client relationships in the US Staffing industry are highly preferred.
- Experience in IT Staffing/Engineering/Healthcare staffing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of US market trends and hiring practices.
Notice Period
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
