Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows environments. The candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, VMware, Active Directory, clustering, and automation using PowerShell.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Windows Server environments (L3 level support)
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), including user management, GPOs, and domain services
Configure and maintain Windows Clustering (Failover Clusters)
Work on VMware virtualization platforms (deployment, troubleshooting, optimization)
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
Manage and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Ensure system security, compliance, and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022)
Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter)
Deep knowledge of Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP
Expertise in Windows Clustering (Failover Cluster)
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience with Group Policy Management
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automation frameworks or tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus:
