Sales & Support Executive — FLO (Fidus Synergies LLP)
FLO is a WhatsApp-first CRM and marketing-automation platform built in Mohali for growing Indian businesses — clinics, real estate, coaching institutes, salons and more. We're a founder-led team that runs FLO on our own businesses before we sell it. We're hiring a Sales & Support Executive to take FLO to local businesses across the Tricity and Punjab — and to make sure every customer who signs up actually succeeds.
What you'll do
- Reach out to local businesses, run product demos (in person and over WhatsApp/call), and close them onto FLO
- Own the full cycle: first conversation → demo → follow-up → close → onboarding
- Onboard new customers and provide friendly, fast support over WhatsApp, call and email
- Keep your pipeline and follow-ups organised (you'll use FLO itself to do it)
- Share what customers are asking for with the founder and product team
Who we're looking for
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, or customer support (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, comfortable in English
- Confident on a call and in person — you enjoy talking to business owners
- Tech-comfortable: you can learn a software product and explain it simply
- Based in or able to commute to Mohali; own two-wheeler is a plus for field visits
