Job Summary
Medhaam Preschool & Daycare is a premium chain of preparatory schools offering preschool, daycare, and after-school services. Recognized as one of the leading preschools in the country, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our South City 1, Gurgaon branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the curriculum effectively on a daily basis
- Create monthly planners and lesson plans
- Develop engaging teaching aids such as charts and classroom materials
- Maintain individual observation records for each child
- Prepare assessment and feedback reports for parent-teacher meetings
- Regularly interact with parents and address their queries
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the School Head for events and school activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with 1–7 years of experience in a preschool or daycare setting
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Degree in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
- Strong values, work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
- Patient, caring, and a team player
