Roles & Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, fee structure, and career prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads for admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA can apply.
- Freshers interested in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, or Customer Relationship Management are welcome.
