Position: NICU Staff Nurse
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: Minimum 1 year (or as available)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to newborns in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
- Monitor vital signs and maintain patient records
- Assist doctors during procedures and treatments
- Handle critical neonatal cases with care and attention
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the NICU
- Communicate with parents regarding the baby’s condition
