We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate service operations for commercial kitchen equipment including combi ovens, speed ovens, dishwashers, and ice machines. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling service activities, coordinating with field engineers, handling customer communication, and ensuring timely service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service calls and engineer assignments.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown visits.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding service status.
- Track service requests, closures, and pending calls.
- Coordinate spare parts availability with stores/service team.
- Prepare service reports, AMC records, and customer updates.
- Maintain proper documentation in ERP/service management systems.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer complaints.
- Follow up on service quotations, approvals, and closures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of service operations and customer handling.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Experience in service coordination or customer support preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or field service operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
